The aloe vera extract here acts as a moisturiser.

Rare and valuable tamanu oil accelerates the regeneration process that is essential for problematic skin. It is especially suitable for acne-prone skin, just like the tea-tree oil, which helps to accelerate reduction and drying of acne. Another ingredient, zinc, has a cleansing effect, so it is suitable for combination, oily and problematic skin.
