Can I cancel my order, if I change my mind?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 14 calendar days after receiving order confirmation email. If we have already shipped the products, you will have to return them at your own expense.

Can I return a good quality item?

Cosmetics fall into the list of goods that, being of the right quality, cannot be returned. However, if you really dislike something, we will try to find a solution. Email us at [email protected]. If you bought a product other than cosmetics (e.g. a brush), you can return a good quality item with undamaged packaging and get a replacement item or your money back. Email us at [email protected]

What should I do if the product is of poor quality?

We make every effort to ensure that this does not happen, however if the item you receive is of the wrong quality, please email us at [email protected] and we will replace the same or another product, or return your money (according to your choice).
